Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

We ship to mainland France, the European Union, and internationally.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight of your order. Please consult our detailed shipping rates for more information.

Estimated Delivery Times

- Mainland France: 3-5 business days
- European Union: 5-10 business days
- International: 10-30 business days (depending on country and situation)

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on carriers, time of year, weather conditions, strikes, exceptional events (pandemic, conflict, etc.), or any other event beyond our control.

A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Issues

All shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. As stated in our terms and conditions, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Once we transfer the products to the carrier, the title of property and the risk of loss are transferred to you. In case of lost, damaged, or delayed packages, please first contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Customs duties and import taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may occasionally apply upon delivery. These potential fees are generally the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs authorities for the most up-to-date information before placing your order.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom: When choosing EVRI delivery (DDP mode), customs duties are generally included in the shipping costs (please check current carrier guidelines for details).

🇺🇸 United States: As a general rule, shipments via USPS are duty-free for purchases under $800, subject to change based on current regulations.
